horses are by nature cowards,
so I therefore tried riding a Shire!
(reformulate, please.)
horses are not
by nature brave animals,
but feel their teeth
on your shoulders
when you dunk poles
into the limey ground of northern Öland,
and your head is red
like an icecream I would
never buy
